Business Processes tab

The Business Processes tab shows business processes associated with the selected item. There are six business process types:

• Requirements
• Quality assurance
• Project tasks
• Investigation requests
• Change requests
• Change notices

View details of a business process

1. Click the chevron corresponding to the business process you want to see.
2. Expand each section to show the list of different business process tpes associated with the item.

Each business process is listed by their type icon, name, and the workflow's current status.

You have two options:

• Click the business process to be taken to it in the relevant section of the project.
• Click the task actions icon and select the workflow state you want the task to move to, if you have permission to do so.

Send an item to a business process from the item details pane

You can send an item through a business process from the item details pane.

1. Click Add .
2. Select a business process from the drop-down list.
3. Based on the selected business process type, provide the required information and start the business process's workflow.
