The Relationships (
) tab is where you link a quality assurance (QA) process to another QA process or another requirement. You may specify how the QA processes/requirements depend on each other. This enables you to follow up on other QA processes/requirements that depend on one you've just completed.
To add a relationship:
From the list of QA processes, select the QA process to which you want to create a relationship.
Open the Relationships (
) tab.
Click Add.
From the first drop-down list, select the option that specifies how the QA processes is linked to the other QA process/requirement.
In the box beside the drop-down list, begin typing the name of the QA process or requirement you want to link this QA process to.
A list of matching QA processes/requirements is shown.
Click the QA process/requirement you want to link to.
Click Add.
The relationship is added and shows the status of the linked QA process/requirement.
Repeat the above steps to add more than one relationship to a QA process.
