Trouble signing in on Android devices

If you encounter difficulties signing in to the AutoCAD mobile app, please review the list of the common issues and possible solutions below. If you still experience difficulties, please contact us at feedback@autocadmobile.com for further assistance.

After signing in with email and password, the "Continue" button is unresponsive

Use one of the following recommended browsers to sign in to AutoCAD mobile:

  • Google Chrome
  • Samsung Internet Browser
  • Microsoft Edge

If your are using Microsoft Edge and you experience this error, do the following:

  1. On your device, go to Edge > Settings > General > Using external apps.
  2. Check Launch external apps if needed

For other browsers, you may need to enable Open supported links in your device settings. To enable opening supported links:

  1. On your device, go to Settings > Apps > AutoCAD > Open by default.
  2. Enable Open supported links. If this setting is already toggled on, disable it and then enable it again.
  3. Choose Add link.
  4. Add the URL login.mobile.autocad.com if it is not included.

“Unsupported Browser” error message displays

Use Google Chrome to sign in.
