How to download object enablers for AutoCAD-based software products.

Solution:

Currently there is a progress to move all Object Enablers to Autodesk Account. It is not finished for all Object Enablers. Some are still findable on Autodesk Knowledge Network(AKN)-site.

To download object enabler for 2023 and later Autodesk software

Sign in to your Autodesk Account > Products and Services > AutoCAD > Plug-ins tab (or Products Updates tab on the side panel) to view and download any Object Enabler for Autodesk software

To download object enabler for 2022 and earlier, and other 3rd party software

2022: The Object Enabler can be downloaded from Autodesk Account.

2021 and older

Note:

Alternatively, for non-Autodesk object enablers, the Proxy Information window that appears in AutoCAD when opening a drawing should show the company and its web address to acquire the object enabler.
