Issue:
When attempting to save a drawing in AutoCAD or Civil 3D, the process fails and the following dialog pops up:
AutoCAD Message
Unable to save to drawing C:\Users\username\...\filename.dwg as it is being accessed by another session.
Drawing saved to C:\Users\username\...\savexxxxxxxx.tmp
