Starting with AutoCAD 2026.1.1, the Sheet Set Manager was updated to open cloud-based sheet sets with the retirement of the Sheet Set Manager for Web. With this change, the Support File Location property has been removed and replaced with support for AutoCAD Connected Support Files. This change allows for the configuration of project-aware drawing and sheet set support files, eliminating configuration redundancy.
The following sections explain how to configure the project-aware settings for your sheet set support files.
AutoCAD 2026.1.1-based Applications and Later
Connected Support Files for cloud-based sheet sets can be set up with the Options dialog box in the desktop app.
- Open a drawing from the Autodesk Docs project.
Browse to a drawing file on the Autodesk Projects tab of the Start tab or open a cloud-based sheet set in the Sheet Set Manager and then open a drawing in the sheet set.
- With the drawing file open, right-click the drawing area and choose Options.
- In the Options dialog box, Files tab, do one of the following:
- If you don't see the Set Up button along the top, the project has already been configured. Continue to the next step.
- Click Set Up along the top of the Search Paths, File Names, and File Locations list of settings. Follow the on-screen prompts to configure the project, and then continue to the next step.
For more information, see To Set Up an Autodesk Docs Project to Use Connected Support Files.
