Creates a new query and opens the Query Editor.
Access Methods
dbConnect 
Queries New Query on an External Table or New Query on a Link Template (A dialog box is displayed in which you can select a database object to query.)
dbConnect Manager buttons Select a link template, database table, or existing query and choose the New Query button
Right-click a link template, database table, or existing query in the dbConnect Manager and choose New Query
After you enter a name for the query and choose Continue, the Query Editor is displayed, in which you can construct a new query.
