To Create a Hyperlink to a Named Anchor on a Web Page

Click Insert tabData panelHyperlink. Find
Select the object to which you want to add a hyperlink.
In Type the File or Web Page Name, enter the URL of a web page followed by a pound sign (#) and the named anchor on that web page.
Important: Do not include any spaces between the URL, the pound sign (#), and the named anchor.
