FAQ: How to Provide Feedback of Your Experience with the Product?

Providing feedback directly to Autodesk about your experience helps to improve the product and to provide a better experience for yourself and other users.

Feedback can be provided using the following methods:

  • Customer Error Reporting – Generates and sends an error report directly to Autodesk when the product closes unexpectedly.
  • Privacy Settings – Monitors the product to help improve the way Autodesk designs software, and measures performance and quality, depending on the options selected.
  • Send Feedback button on the Start Tab – Use the form to tell us what you think about our products, their features, and any improvements you would like to see.
  • Performance Monitor – Generates and sends a performance report directly to Autodesk that can be used to identify performance issues with the current configuration and installation of your AutoCAD-based product.

Participation in the Customer Error Reporting (CER) program can be changed from within the product or with the CAD Manager Control Utility. Privacy settings may be changed from the Help menu within the product.
