    Assign shaders and add decals

Add an environment to the scene and assign preset shaders from the Shader Library. Create a texture so that you can add a decal to your model. Use the Transform manipulator to position and scale the texture.

    Create custom shaders

Create a custom shader using a procedural texture, and then add the shader to a custom shader library.

Work with Switch Shaders and Variants

Create a switch shader, which you can use together with the Variant Lister to quickly generate different shaded versions of your model.

    Work with Ambient Occlusion

Ambient Occlusion generates shadows, which adds definition and areas of contrast to your hardware shaded models.

    Work with Environments

Create a custom geometric environment for your scene to add a background and image-based lighting effects. Optimize the environment by adjusting the placement of the environment and reflection map. After creating the new environment, add it to your custom shader library.
