To Change the Item Number of a Single Parts List Row (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

In the drawing area, double-click the parts list. The Parts List dialog box is displayed.
Click the Item Number cell of the row to change.
In the toolbar, click . The Set Value dialog box is displayed.
Verify that the Column box shows Item.
In the Start value box, enter the new Item Number.
Note: The system does not validate the number you entered for uniqueness. Maintain unique numbers manually.
Click OK until all dialog boxes close.
