To Create a Hole Chart (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

Click Annotate tabTable panelHole Chart. Find
Specify a origin to use for the hole chart.
Specify the angle by which the Hole Chart coordinates are to be deviated from the UCS, and then press ENTER.
Specify a name for the origin, and then press ENTER.
In the drawing area, select the holes to include in the hole chart, and then press ENTER.
Place the hole chart in the drawing area.

Note: If the hole chart is too long, you can split the hole chart into multiple hole charts.
