To Convert a Parts List Into a Cuts List (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

In the drawing area, double-click the parts list to convert to a cuts list. The Parts List dialog box is displayed.
Right-click inside the Filters/Group box.
From the menu, select Add Group. The Group by dialog box is displayed.
Use the list boxes to select the columns to group by. Select key columns.
To turn on grouping, select the Group check box.
In the Parts List dialog box, click Apply to display the changes in the drawing area.
Tip:
To remove a grouping, in the Filters/Group box, right-click the group and select Remove.
Click OK.
