To Set Options in the Library for Inserting Drawing Files (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

Click Insert tabBlock panel Library. Find
In the Library dialog box, select the drawing file for which you want to set new options, and right-click.
From the shortcut menu, choose Options.
In the Options dialog box select the Insert tab.
Specify the options for inserting the selected drawing file.
Choose OK.
