To Reorder Components or Folders (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

In the mechanical browser, with the SHIFT key pressed, drag the component/folder to the new place within the same parent.
To reorder more multiple components/folders,
1. With the CTRL key pressed, click the components/folders, you want to reorder.
  Note: All components/folders must have the same parent.
2. With the SHIFT key pressed, drag to the new position.
