To Assign Predefined Property Sets to IfcBuilding

Open the drawing that you want to export as an IFC file.
On the command line, enter ifcresourceassign.
In the IFC Resource and Assignment dialog box, click IfcBuilding tab.
On the left pane of the dialog box, select the property set definitions to be exported.
On the right pane, edit the definitions of the selected property set.
Click Apply.
Click OK.
