To Work With the Online Map

When signed in to your Autodesk account, you can turn on a map from an online maps service, which displays as a background in the current viewport.

You can turn on the map only if the drawing file contains geographical location data.

Display the Map as a Series of Vector Images

Click Geolocation tabOnline Map panelMap drop-downEsri OpenStreetMap Find or Map Road Find.

Display the Map as a Series of Satellite Images

Click Geolocation tabOnline Map panelMap drop-downEsri Imagery Find or Map Aerial Find.

Display the Map as a Hybrid of Vector and Satellite Images

Click Geolocation tabOnline Map panelMap drop-downMap Hybrid. Find

Display the Map with Roads, Water Features, Landmarks, and More

Click Geolocation tabOnline Map panelMap drop-downEsri Streets. Find

Display the Map with a Neutral Background

Click Geolocation tabOnline Map panelMap drop-downEsri Light Gray. Find

Display the Map with a Darker Background

Click Geolocation tabOnline Map panelMap drop-downEsri Dark Gray. Find

Turn off the Map

Click Geolocation tabOnline Map panelMap drop-downMap Off. Find
