To Change the Default Block Used for Sheet View Labels

Click View tab Palettes panel Sheet Set Manager. Find
In the Sheet Set Manager, open a sheet set.
On the Sheet Views tab, right-click the sheet set node.
In the Sheet Set Properties dialog box, click Label Block For Views. Click the [...] button.
In the Select Block dialog box, specify a new block to be used as the default view label block.
