When you schedule list reports, other users receive reports of only their company's issues. The recipients that you add in the Send Report To window receive a report of issues that meet the conditions of the specified filter. Any recipients not explicitly added in the Send Report To window receive an email of only their company's issues.
- Click Reports
.
- Click Issues and select the List report.
- Click Schedule.
- Select Also Send Each Company's Users A Report Of Only Their Issues.
- Click Save Scheduled Report.
