To Send an Issue List Report to Users

When you schedule list reports, other users receive reports of only their company's issues. The recipients that you add in the Send Report To window receive a report of issues that meet the conditions of the specified filter. Any recipients not explicitly added in the Send Report To window receive an email of only their company's issues.

  1. Click Reports .
  2. Click Issues and select the List report.
  3. Click Schedule.
  4. Select Also Send Each Company's Users A Report Of Only Their Issues.
  5. Click Save Scheduled Report.
