Sign In or Create Your Account on the Mobile App
When you first open the Autodesk Construction Cloud mobile app you have the following options:
Sign up: Create a Autodesk Account
Log in: Sign in to your existing Autodesk Account
Switch between the different data centers
Sign Up
If you don't have an existing Autodesk Account, you can create an account using the app.
Tap Sign up.
Enter the email address that you want to use.
Tap Done.
Tap Get started in the verification email sent to your inbox. You will be redirected to the app.
Fill in the required details such as your name, email, and password. Tap Create account.
If you don't have an existing Autodesk Build subscription, a free, 30-day trial is started for your account. A sample project is provided to help you get started and explore the app.

Log In
If you already have an Autodesk Account, sign in to start using the app.
Tap Log in.
Enter your email address.
Tap Next. The Autodesk Account portal will open up.
Check the email that you entered is correct and tap Next.
Enter your password.
Tap Sign in.
Tip: If you sign in and don't see the products or projects you're expecting, you may need to sign out and switch data centers. See Switch Data Center for more information.
Switch Data Center
When you are activating your account on web, you can select a data storage region which applies to that account. All projects created in an account are subject to that account's data storage region. You can switch between these data storage regions on the app, to access data stored in different locations.
Tap Switch data center at the bottom of the screen.
Use the menu to choose which data center you want to switch to.
Tap Done.
Tap Sign in or Create an account to start using the app.
