    Catchments Command Reference

    The following table lists the catchment Autodesk Civil 3D commands and briefly describes their functionality.

    Command

    Description

    AddCatchmentLabel

    Labels the name and area of the catchment

    AddFlowSegmentLabel

    Labels the flow segment length, slope, and travel time, and the flow type

    CopyToCatchmentGroup

    Copies a catchment to a different catchment group

    CreateCatchmentFromObject

    Creates a catchment and optional flow path from polylines

    CreateCatchmentFromSurface

    Creates a catchment and optional flow path from a surface

    CreateCatchmentGroup

    Creates a group for organizing related catchments

    CreateFlowPathFromObject

    Creates a flow path for a catchment from a selected polyline

    CreateFlowPathFromSurface

    Creates a flow path for a catchment based on the elevations of the surface

    CreateFlowSegments Opens the Flow Segments vista and starts the Create Flow Segments command
    EditCatchmentAreaProps

    Specifies the catchment style, the reference pipe network structure, the runoff coefficient, and the Time of Concentration method

    EditCatchmentAreaStyle

    Creates and edits catchment styles

    EditFlowSegments Opens the Flow Segments vista, where you can create, delete, or edit flow segments
    MoveToCatchmentGroup

    Moves a catchment to a different catchment group
