AutoCAD Map 3D toolset is built on AutoCAD and includes all AutoCAD functionality. Map files are saved in DWG format, just like regular AutoCAD drawings. However, AutoCAD Map 3D toolset adds features that are not available in AutoCAD. Try out these additional features in this tutorial.
