Exception	Condition
ArgumentException	Thrown when: The value is negative, but the region is on the right side of the parent alignment. The value is positive, but the region is on the left side of the parent alignment.
InvalidOperationException	Thrown when changing the value but the RegionType is AlignmentRegionType.Automatic.
