Finds the TinSurfaceTriangle which contains location (x, y).

Remarks

When the method can't find a triangle at location (x, y), it means (x, y) is not on the surface. You can use the IdentifyFeatureTypeAtXY property to determine whether the location (x, y) is on surface.
