To import customized forms into enterprise industry models

In the Infrastructure Administrator, do one of the following:
- Click Enterprise and connect to the enterprise industry model. Open a project.
- Click File and open an industry model drawing or template.
Click Industry Model > Form Manager > Form Import.
Select the forms file and click Open.
By default, the forms are installed in C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk Infrastructure Administrator 2025\Template\Modules\[Module Name]\Forms. For example, water model forms are in C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk Infrastructure Administrator 2025\Template\Modules\Water\Forms.

The custom forms are named using the convention IM_[Module]_FORMS.xml. For example, a custom water form is called IM_WA_FORMS.xml.
Select the forms to import and click Import.
Note: Once you have edited these forms, you can share them with others by exporting them. Click Industry Model > Form Manager > Form Export.
