Remarks

Cant deficiency gradient is applicable only when the critical station is at a transition point. E.g., CANTCriticalStation with StationType being SuperelevationCriticalStationType.BeginAlignment or SuperelevationCriticalStationType.EndAlignment is not at transition point. It's preferable to query CantDeficiencyGradient from CANTCurve.CANTCriticalStations.
