You can filter the information that is displayed in the following Estimating Summary dialog tabs:
- Pages tab
- Distribute Costs tab
- Review Items Costs tab
- Review Installation Times tab
- Review Fabrication Times tab
The filter options provide the ability to search for, and quickly find specific information when you have a long list of information displayed in the table.
To filter and search on the information displayed in the table, right-click on a column name to display the Show Filters right-click menu options.
The Show Filters right-click menu provides the following options:
- Show\Hide Filters: Toggles the display of the Enter Filter field. Click in this field to display a drop-down list of the information displayed in that column. Type in a desired value, or click on one in the drop-down list, to display only items with those values in the table list view.
- Filter: Displays the Column Filters dialog which lets you enter search information for multiple columns.
- Select Filter: Displays the Select Filter dialog which lets you select specific information to filter on in the selected column.
- Clear Filters: Removes all filters and return to the standard view of information in the Estimating Summary dialog table.
