If Tool % of arc radius is set to 100 then a tool equal to the smallest corner radius is selected for a feature such as a pocket. With Tool % of arc radius set to 100 the tool dwells in the corners as it changes direction. This can sometimes nick the part. To avoid this problem, set Tool % of arc radius to a slightly smaller number, such as 98.
