Factory Design 2025 Updates

These release notes contain important information regarding this release and installation of the Factory Design Utilities.

Apply Updates

The Factory Design Utilities updates are cumulative and include all fixes from previous updates up to the stated prerequisite.

Note: Uninstalling an update should silently revert the Factory Design Utilities install to the previous update level. In the event the uninstall process doesn't fully restore to a previously installed update level, the required updates should be manually reinstalled as needed.

Updates can be applied to Factory Design Utilities installed as standalone software or installed as part of Collection.

After applying an update, the product build in the About Box displays the update version and build number of the latest update you've installed.

The product code for Factory Design Utilities is FDU.

Download Updates

You can install the Factory Design Utilities (FDU) release updates automatically from the Autodesk Desktop App.

Uninstall this Update

Windows 10

Go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program.
On the left, click View installed updates.
Find Autodesk Factory Design Utilities.
Click Uninstall.
