BIOS & firmware setup
Update the BIOS
- Download the latest BIOS package available directly from the Software and Downloads page of the HP website
- Refer to the release notes inside the package for the available methods of updating the BIOS.
BIOS Settings
- Boot the computer, and as soon as the HP logo appears, press F10 to access Computer Setup.
- Refer to the following table and make sure the proper values are set accordingly.

PCI cards
After installing the Linux OS, the PCIe cards may require firmware upgrades. See the system requirements and the Flame Family Installation Guide for the firmware upgrade procedure.
