InfoDrainage files can be saved as a previous version, however custom objects or data in the file that are not supported will be removed entirely or modified as described below.
You can save InfoDrainage files to version 2025.0 and later (major versions only). You cannot save to a version earlier than 2025.0.
The following information is discarded:
- Results: Deluge, 1D Analysis, 1D - 2D Analysis, Rational Results
- Flexible Reporting column data
- Land Uses and Soil Type objects – Note for any Catchment Areas where the Use Land Uses / Soil Types option is selected, the auto-calculated SCS Curve Number, PIMP and CV properties are retained and set as user edited.
- Tables column data
The following information is modified:
- Rainfall Manager – If an external rainfall library is being used the rainfall data is saved within the iddx.
- Desbordes Rainfall – If the Method parameter is set to Trimmed then the rainfall is converted to a Known Rainfall. The Known Rainfall label is composed of the Desbordes parameters in the format: Desbordes-{Return Period}-{Region}-{Method}-{Intense Period (Montana a)}-{Intense Period (Montana b)}-{Calm Period (Montana a)}-{Calm Period (Montana b)}-{Position Of Peak}.
- Arch and Ellipse connections are converted to a Box Culvert.
