Troubleshooting for InfoWater Pro ribbon not appearing

If the InfoWater Pro tool bar is not found in ArcGIS Pro after opening the application twice, follow the following steps to manually add it.

  1. Open ArcGIS Pro and click the Settings button found on the left side of the launch screen. If have already opened an ArcGIS Pro project, you can get to the same page by clicking the Project menu in the top-left.

  2. From the menu on the left, open the Add-In Manager and then select Options.

  3. Choose the option to Load all Add-Ins without restrictions and then press Add Folder to manually add the folder location C:\Program Files\Autodesk\InfoWater Pro\Bin:

    Note: If you are using an Innovyze-licensed version of InfoWater Pro, the installation path changes and you need to include two folders instead of the one above: C:\Program Files\Common Files\MWH Soft Shared and C:\Program Files\InfoWater Pro\Bin.
  4. After adding the folders to ArcGIS Pro, close and restart the program to allow the InfoWater Pro ribbon to load.

Optimum installation performance can be achieved with a local install of InfoWater Pro rather than a remote installation.
