To assign a form to a user group

In the Infrastructure Administrator, do one of the following:
- Click Enterprise and connect to the enterprise industry model. Open a project.
- Click File and open a project.
In the Administrator Explorer, select the industry model.
In the Administrator, click Industry Model menu > Form Designer.
Under User Groups, for each user group, select the appropriate form type.
