EL_DeleteCSDuct_BD
The EL_DeleteCSDuct_BD feature rule determines whether there are sufficient unassigned snap points in a cross section for the ducts and inner conductors represented by the CSDuct feature to which the rule applies. If there are insufficient unassigned snap points, the deletion of the the CSDuct is not permitted.
