To archive a project from Windows Explorer

Select (Home tab > Analysis panel > Job Manager) and check that the analyses have finished. It is important that these analyses are complete before proceeding.
Copy all files and sub-folders of the project folder to another medium or drive, for example, a network drive or CD-ROM.
After verifying the integrity of the copied project files, the original project folder can be deleted to recover disk space.
