Running a Fill analysis

Run a Fill analysis to predict the thermoplastic polymer flow inside the mold in the filling phase.

Ensure that you have specified an injection location.

  1. Open a model.
  2. Click analysis sequence icon (Home tab > Molding Process Setup panel > Analysis Wizard).
  3. In the Sequence tab, select Fill and then click Next.
  4. If necessary, edit the material icon Material properties.
  5. If necessary, edit the process settings icon Process Settings.
  6. Click Finish to close and save the analysis entries, or Analyze to launch the analysis..

Once the analysis has finished, the Summary pane appears.
