Explanation

The entire model has a Prohibited Gate Region constraint applied to it, preventing the Gate Location analysis from placing an injection location.

Resolution

• Delete the constraint.
• Redefine the constraint so it is not applied to the entire model.

From the Prohibited Gate Region tool panel (Tools > Constraints > Prohibited Gate Regions), select a Prohibited Gate Region from the list and click Delete.
