Enabling tooltips for a SteeringWheel

Display a wheel.
Right-click the wheel and select Options from the list.
In the SteeringWheels Options dialog, click Show Tooltips.

Tooltips are displayed for each wedge and button on the wheel, when the cursor moves over the wheel.
Click OK.
