Non-manifold edge
A mesh edge with more than two entities attached to it. An edge is a line segment that connects two mesh nodes.
On a Dual Domain mesh, non-manifold edges should be corrected because they indicate elements which have not been correctly attached.
In the following diagram:
- A-indicates the free edges.
- B-indicates a manifold edge.
- C-indicates a non-manifold edge.
