Privacy Settings

The usage data that we collect helps us understand how you use our products, what information you might be interested in, and what we can improve to make your engagement with Autodesk more rewarding.

In Navisworks, we collect data to learn what features you use the most, problems that you encounter, and other information helpful to the future direction of the product.

Manage your privacy settings

  1. On the InfoCenter toolbar, to the right of the Help button, click the drop-down arrow.

  2. Click Privacy Settings.

  3. In the Privacy Settings dialog box, select or deselect the checkboxes to specify your preferences:

    • Required data collection - This allows us to provide services, detect fraud, generate aggregated statistics, and support internal operations. This checkbox can't be deselected.
    • Help develop our products and services - Select this checkbox to allow us to optimize performance and quality based on usage patterns, and provide new and improved offerings.
    • Customize our messaging - Select this checkbox to allow us to create customized offers and promotional content for you based on your usage data.
  4. Click OK.
