About Your Autodesk ID

Your Autodesk ID is a single sign-in account that enables you to use the same user ID and password to access multiple Autodesk websites.

Don't Have an Autodesk ID?

In the Autodesk Sign In dialog box, click the "Need an Autodesk ID?" link and enter your information to create an account.

Tip: To help protect your privacy, we recommend you avoid using an email address as your Autodesk ID. In some cases, Autodesk IDs may be publicly visible.

Don't Remember Your Autodesk ID or Password?

Click the "Forgot your password?" link and enter your email address. Your Autodesk ID and a link to reset your password will be sent to you.

Sign into your Autodesk 360 Account

  1. In the upper-right corner of the Navisworks product window, click Sign In.
  2. Enter your Autodesk ID and password.
  3. Click Sign In.

Sign into the Autodesk 360 Website

  1. Go to https://360.autodesk.com.
  2. Click Sign In.
  3. Enter your Autodesk ID and password.
  4. Click Sign In. The Autodesk 360 Home page shows the most recent activity.

Once signed in, you can review your account information and Autodesk 360 benefits by clicking your name and choosing Account Details. If you are entitled to additional subscription benefits you can enable them (Autodesk 360 Home page > Enable).

Find the Product Serial Number

  1. In Navisworks, on the InfoCenter toolbar, click the drop-down arrow to the right of the Help button.
  2. Click About "Product Name".

The product serial number is displayed.
