i2: Number of mechanical relaxation iterations.
r1: Mechanical relaxation scaling factor.
*RELM is used to ensure the relaxation values from both the thermal and mechanical PRM generation simulations are written to the resulting PRM file. This allows Autodesk Netfabb Local Simulation to read and display this value in the Processing Parameters library, which allows users to create new PRM files rapidly from existing PRMs, which if *RELM is enabled, will inherit the relaxation values specified by the user.
