- Double-click
von Mises plot.
- Drag and drop a
Criterion Contour template onto
Results, as shown in the image below, from the
Plot Templates section of the tree.
- The template is placed at the bottom of the Results under Subcase 1.
- Right-click on the new template and choose Edit to change some settings in the plot.
- Make changes so that the dialog looks as shown below. Change the
Name to
Principal Stress. Turn off
Min/Max Markers, change the
Result Data drop-down to
Stress, select a
Type, such as
SOLID VON MISES STRESS, then on the Visibility Options tab, turn off
Element Edges.
- Click
OK.
