Model State support
Inventor Nastran supports the Model State functionality recently introduced into Inventor, allowing users to define multiple states in one document. Inventor Nastran support applies to Inventor parts and assemblies. Legacy assembly Level of Detail will be migrated to Model State. In the New/Edit Analysis dialog box, Model State tab, Level of Detail is replaced with Model State.

iLogic support for deleting loads and constraints
Commands are added to iLogic so that users can delete previously added loads and constraints from a part or assembly, similar to what is possible for materials and idealizations. For more information, see Delete Load and Delete Constraint.
Explicit Analysis increased functionality
Explicit Analysis is improved in three key areas, for both explicit dynamics and quasi-static analyses:
- Hyperelastic material support.
Inventor Nastran now supports Hyperelastic material for Explicit analyses with advanced material properties such as Mullin's coefficient. For more information, see MATHP (Hyperelastic Material Properties).
- Drucker-Prager criterion support for elasto-plastic and plastic nonlinear materials.
Inventor Nastran now supports adding Drucker-Prager yield criterion in non-linear material property for Explicit analyses.
- Brittle material support.
Inventor Nastran now supports adding Brittle material to Explicit analyses, which can help in creating materials like concrete and glass for Explicit analyses. For more information, see MATB (Brittle Failure Material Model).
