Description
This function returns an HMENU handle for the menu identified by the alias pszAlias. pszAlias can be a menu tag without a group name, as in POP4, or a full menu alias, as in ACAD.POP9. If pszAlias has no menugroup specifier, the ACAD menugroup is assumed.
