Add Annotation to a Leader (.NET)

Annotation for a Leader object can be a Tolerance, MText, or BlockReference object. You can create a new annotation object or you can append a copy of an existing annotation object. Annotation is added to a leader by assigning the object id of the annotation object to the Annotation property.
