CAcUiPlotStyleTablesComboBox( BOOL bInitialize );
Description
This is an alternate class constructor. The control is instantiated in color-dependent plot style mode. If bInitialize is FALSE, then the currently active plot style will be added to the list during initialization. Otherwise, OnComboBoxInit() will also invoke the inherited initialization routine.
