    Global versus Local Command Names

When you add a command to AutoCAD, you need to specify both a global name that can be used in any language and a localized name that is a translated version of the command name to be used in a foreign-language version of AutoCAD. If you don't need to translate the command name into a local language, the same name can be used for both the global and local names.
