Change order KPIs
Note:
For users with Fusion connected sites, references to the 'Items' workspace should be the 'Components' workspace.
The Schedule & Duration Tracking section of the Change Order will automatically keep track of critical dates of the process like the start and end date of the CCB review. These dates are used to calculate the duration of each critical phase, but also the Change Order overall.

These KPIs can be used for reporting to analyze the efficiency of change order processing and how this changes over time.
