Claim Management

The Claim management template helps manage the record of a products performance. Improving the claim management process helps companies become more efficient in understanding problems related to the product.

By using this template, all people related to the claim are informed of tasks they must complete to close the claim. The application manages detailed information about the claim and can be configured to relate other processes inside Fusion Manage such as Products and Bill of Materials.

The claims management about allows authorized users to create claims in Fusion Manage. At a basic level the problem should be fully described, assigned to a Product and Customer as well as being classified to a category of fault. The user should then set the date the claim was received as well as the priority of the claim.

The Claims management use a workflow as shown below to manage the status of the claim. As the claim is moved through the different states, notification are automatically sent to the appropriate person to manage the claim efficiently.
